Fast delivery and when the shoes were not suitable I returned them,worn and without the box or tags and got a full refund

Not the best quality for the price you pay, but not bad either. Talking about running shoes in the range price of £60-90.

If you're in the UK, ignore all the negative reviews. Yes my trainers took roughly 3 weeks to arrive, but I was advised of this before purchase. Honestly, what did 52% of the population expect to happen. I bet the same people that voted for Brexit are the same ones leaving 1 star reviews. Here's a tip for you lot then, buy British ?

Saw a lot of bad reviews BUT my Asics got to PORTUGAL in less than 2 weeks from ASICS OUTLET. Great service and tracking info by sms. Took a few days to get the first update on tracking though. Reviewed this March/2021

The low rating for this store is completely unwarranted. Most of the people griping are ordering from The UK and Brexit has come back to bit them in the behind! I ordered from Ireland and I received my Gel Nimbus 23 Platinum trainers within 5 days. The shipment was tracked and customer service communication was absolutely grand. I am glad I wasn't put off by all the UK reviews and listened to the other EU customers who had no problems either. Love my trainers, so comfy and they look fantastic too.

I was cautious with all bad reviews but still ordered GEL-KAYANO 26 LS size 4.5Would like to thank Asics!!! Perfect size, best runners that I ever had, fits perfectly, so soft and comfy love them so much and definitely worth the price. I wasn't expecting delivery in 5 working days, order was placed 19 February late evening and arrived 26th February at 8 am in the morning. I was tracking from parcel seems wearhouse in Germany, from there parcel went to France and only from France was delivered to my EU country. Amazing experience with online shopping! Definitely recommend.

Wow, so many bad reviews. I am having trouble with ordering one specific pair from the asics.com site, a pair which i cant find anywhere else online that would deliver to Finland. I cant make the order due to some persistent technical error. The service so far was really nice, easy to reach and sounded willing to help and find a way out for me. Lets see how it goes, but even if I wont get my shoes due to crazy error on their site, my impressions of the customer service now are really good.

Excellent sneakers, that's what they got any stars at all. Been wearing ASICS for a few years now after many years with NB. Wide variety of wide fit models are perfect for me. Sneaks are comfortable, wear well, and last a pretty long time. Too bad ASICS customer service doesn't live up to the quality of their products. Ordered and paid for 2 pairs, only received one. Multiple contacts have gone unanswered for more than a month now, forcing me to enter a dispute with the credit card provider. That is a shame, as I do like their product. That said, I'll likely now move back to NB.

I ordered the Asics Metaracer Tokyo online on the 30th July and the product arrived on the 5th August, the date specified, great service.

Asics gel kayano 26 - not recommend I have just bought these shoes recently. This was my first time buying an expensive shoes £116. When they arrived I couldn’t wait to test them. They look so cool. Jogged for 5K great! Then 7K ok but after that my front foot and toes started burning sensation, I couldn’t jog further, they were heated badly, I had to stop jogging. I have never had symptom like this with my £20 shoes. Sent a message to the company as the only way can get in touch, but no reply. Very poor service. I will never buy ASICS shoes again never!

Asics I got a pair of your Roadhawk FF2 trainers for my birthday and I have used this as a license to review you and everyone who sails in you. I give you four stars. It would have been five, but they were a birthday present from my sister, not you. Let this be a lesson, I can be bought. I was so excited to get these running trainers. The previous pair were a pair of blood red Brookes that my mum purchased. It was a Freudian nightmare, like running with a castrated penis on each foot. They were not in good shape either, they would squeak on the heel. By the end I swear they were hissing 'fat' with each landing. I was ready to move on.When the box arrived I was giddy. I ripped it open to reveal the most handsome pair of darn foot penises I ever done seen. They looked like magical elves had built robot sex toys for my feet. From one angle, I swore they looked like a pair of dolphin elders bidding a final farewell to their school before floating into the abyss. Pod, whatever, thanks for correcting me again MUM! My elation was shorted lived. Lurking just out of sight is my black lurcher, the one who is plotting my demise in a Jeremy Irons voice. I can see he has clocked them. All grey and white, padded with all my dreams of body beautiful and unconditional family acceptance. He can't wait until I'm getting stuck into the birthday cake and wham. He festoons the celebration with my dismembered hopes. He's capable of it. Once, I left the room for 30 seconds. I came back and he's sitting in exactly the same spot, only the cheese was gone off the kitchen worktop. We were mystified and didn't know it was him until he was ralphing it up in the garden. I am aware that these new prize possessions look like delicious doggy bree. So, this is my suggestion for you to get five stars. Make your footwear look less delicious to malevolent dogs. Dogs don't like vacuum cleaners. Can I say that? Let me rephrase, some dogs, in my experience - no, in my opinion - some dogs are afraid of vacuum cleaners. So if you make them look more like a Henry Hoover, I could finally defeat this cheese stealing son of a b**ch. So, work on that.Other than that, I love them! Roadhawk is a cool name. It's like a combination of every cool 80s thing. Road House, Night Hawk, Ladyhawk, Stephen Hawkins. It's not a strictly accurate likeness of my form while road running, I have to be frank. I move less in a gliding hawkish manner and more in a knackered but frantic dash away from my own penis feet. I have faith this will change, in time, in therapy. I did note that you do a running trainer called Nimbus - a luminous cloud or a halo surrounding a supernatural being or a saint. Feeling a bit raw that my family didn't deem this the correct choice. Then again, I'd settle for a present that wasn't a micro-aggression. Besides, I am more of an 80s throw back, I guess. Patrick Swayze was wicked in Road House. I am basically him in reviewer form. So... good work. Four stars for you ASICS - pending bribe.
